El Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Pando es el primer Parque Científico Tecnológico del País que cuenta con la habilitación del Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Minería, por esta razón, las empresas instaladas en él (usuarios de Parques Científicos) pueden acceder a diversos beneficios entre los que se destacan el incremento en el monto de IRAE exonerado y en el plazo para usufructuar la exoneración de hasta un 15% para proyectos promovidos en el marco de la Ley N° 16.906, y el acceso a tarifas promocionales para bienes y servicios provistos por entes públicos.
Urban development project
One of the most important elements of this project is the Ceibo building, with an area of 800 m2, distributed over two floors, in which there is an oval space that serves as a room for training activities.
It also has flexible modules of 50m2, where companies and institutions related to R&D can be installed. The Ceibo building is a center with important added value to production for companies that require a space to develop this activity.
The Park has 4 premises equipped for use as research and development laboratories. They are equipped with furniture, analytical equipment, countertops, sinks and safety showers, as well as air conditioning equipment and washable floors.
It also has offices to house the administrative areas of the companies installed in the Park, either in other premises of the Ceibo Building itself, or outside of it. They are also used on a temporary basis by those companies that take advantage of the Softlanding services provided by the PCTP. These premises are equipped with air conditioning, carpeting and workstations with telecommunications networks.
