Through Research Institutes, such as the Instituto Polo Tecnológico de Pando of the Faculty of Chemistry, we offer companies and organizations unique scientific-technological platforms in Uruguay and the region, thus articulating the demands of the productive sector with the in-situ work of renowned scientists in the areas of Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Food and Nutrition, Fine Chemistry, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, Environmental Analysis, Bioanalytics, Sensometry and Consumer Sciences and Renewable Energies.
